Mission

A community of faith forming young Bicolanos to become integrated persons grounded in Christ that they may be apostolic proclaimers and contemplative pastors in the here and now of the Church under the patronage of the Blessed Mother.

Vission

To help the students to stand firm in their faith, making it the foundation and spirit of their life.
To give a systematic vision of the Christian mystery, including the study of the essential themes of faith and the Christian Life, in a way that the students can understand the significance of ecclesiastical studies, their general plan and their pastoral goal.
To inculcate in the students the habit of theological reflection on revealed data, unified in the history of salvation, ordered and integrated in a complete vision of faith, enlivened by a contact with liturgy and the life of the Church and open to pastoral needs.
To help develop in the students the competence and the skill demanded for the proclamation of the faith of the Church for the spiritual good of men and to enable them to meet the intellectual demands of contemporary ministry.
