Federalism and Charter Change and its effect on our Nation

The Archdiocese of Caceres together with the Caritas-Caceres, Archdiocesan Commission on Education and the Council of the Laity had organized a public forum on Federalism and Charter Change dubbed as “Federalism and Charter Change and its effect on our Nation.” The said public forum was held at the Sts. Louis and Zelli Martin Auditorium of the Holy Rosary Major Seminary, October 3, 2018 at exactly 9:00 in the morning. The guest speaker was a professor of Law in University of the Philippines and the former Solicitor General of the country, Atty. Florin T. Hilbay. In attendance were Archbishop Rolly, himself, the caceres clergy, religious brothers and sisters, seminarians and the lay representatives coming from various institutions and parishes of the archdiocese.
